For cloud hosted instance, is there any way to get detail on how many projects are using any specified Add -on i.e. Capture for Jira Add on

Go to Plugin's Data Storage, and look under the name of plugin. 
Perhaps something could be found there. 

For particular plugins, (Email This Issue) the data is stored separately for how many projects the plugin is being used in. 

If your plugin stores that kind of information, it'll probably be there.

I'm not able o find this option in my instance.

If you are a JIRA administrator, then you can find with admin rights. 

Shortcut: g+g ---> Plugin Data Storage
