We are getting unwanted email from JIRA itself. Please find the email for your reference. Please advice the issue.

There's no way we can find that for you.  I'd suggest looking at the rest of the email (the subject that will contain issue references for example), and then looking at the change that triggered the email to be sent to establish why it was sent.
