have one jira selected and a differnt one keeps loading on side bar

One jira is selected, and repeatedly, a different one I was looking at before keeps loading. I hate it, I'm sick of it and it's causing errors.

Hi @Queen Joan -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

I have seen that symptom several times over the years, and you may try refreshing the page to clear it.  If that does not help, try clearing your browser cache, closing all browsers, and then try logging in again.

If that still does not resolve it, please work with your Jira Product Admin to submit a ticket to Atlassian Support here: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/

Also, I note several items in your screen image you may not want to disclose, so perhaps delete the image or obscure some of the content.  This is a public community so anyone can see that image.

Amended the above post to remove the photo. Thank you for bringing that to my attention. I will try the cache clearing.
