have you stopped supporting thumbnail view ?

using old view and "thumbnail" size images in my description (e.g., !screenshot-1.png|thumbnail! ) are appearing full-sized.

this is not good as it makes pages unusable.

hopefully this is temporary. if not, please fix.

The reported behavior is known and it is tracked on our side as:

• [JRACLOUD-72122] Image no longer rendered as Thumbnail on the comment section

As mentioned in the description, a way to workaround this issue is to:

1. Edit the comment using the old issue view (you can do this by appending ?oldIssueView=true to the url)
2. Modify the wiki markup from !image_file_name|width=xxx.height=yyy! to !image_file_name|thumbnail!  (see the screenshots in the bug ticket for details)

Please vote and add yourself as a watcher to the bug ticket so that you will be notified in case of any update/progress. This bug will be addressed according to the Atlassian Cloud bug fixing policy.
