Hi, We have project where is and will be issues(stories) with out link to Epic or Initiative. How to get resolved issues hided from the plan ?

examples from our system could be SA-28664 and SA-28662 :

- status closed

- items are resolved

- Release not always selected, but if selected it is released (is release always needed?)

Any ideas what else need to do to get issues hided from plan ?

Hi,

A plan will show any open issues that match the configured issue source along with any closed issues that have been closed recently.

In the new planning experience (introduced in Portfolio 3.0) "recent" means in a configurable number of days (the value defaults to 30.... so issues that have been closed within the last 30 days will still be shown).

In the Live Plans (or 2.x planning experience) "recent" is controlled by a filter on the toolbar.

It is also possible to select issues in the plan and request for them to be excluded.

Finally, it is possible to apply filters to hide issues that have a particular workflow state.

Hopefully this answers your question,

Regards,

Dave
