I have added some custom roles in project, but i can't use the in projects

Hi @Marat Minnebaev and welcome to the Community!

The project roles you added are for Company Managed projects and it seems you are trying to add users to a team managed projects. The latter have a different permissions configuration with more limited options. Project roles are not available there.

Have you added the Roles to the Permission Scheme that your project uses? I suspect you need to do so before adding someone to the Role in a project.

Per default, a project role has 0 permissions in any project.
