how can I automate movement for a ticket on X project to move another ticket on project A

Hello 

I try to automate when I move my ticket from any status to done status in project X if the ticket is linked with other ticket in project A. then system shall move ticket in product A to done status 

so, can you help me on that

Welcome to the Atlassian community!!

In order to close an issue in Project A based on the closure of the issue in Project X, you will need to create a Global Automation. The steps are as mentioned as below:

• Navigate to the Automation on Project X from Project Settings
• Select Global Rules and click on Global Administration
• On this screen click on Create Rule
• From the Rule Details tab, define the projects which you wish to use and name the rule
• For the rule, define the trigger for the rule
• Check the screenshot for further steps of the rule

The rule can be customized as per your use case.
