Problem
Some Service management tickets should added to developers sprint ,
i added an extra filer to the JIRA software project and mapped some statuses to project.
but this solution add all these status to the project, however i need some of them not all to be added in the sprint
( I want to move some tickets from service management to be displayed in the JIRA software project( to be added in the current sprint) )

to add a button to give the ticket a value where I can filter this value in the Jira software project
but i cannot add the button, so any ideas or solutions
