 how can make the field  original estimate as read only once he contain a value?

the legacy mode is not good me.

i try to use the behavior but the conditions are only based on role or users.

The best suggestion I can give you is to remove the field from the edit screen. Create a transition with a screen that has only this field. Set a condition on the transition that it is only there when the field is empty.
