how can we restrict commenting in issues for a specific role??

goal is , without editing any permission scheme.

Please let me know possible ways for this.

the only possibility I'm aware of is usage of workflow properties, something like:

jira.permission.comment.projectrole = project role id

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
