can we restrict the  linking of  a commit with a specific issue type only ?" is it possible to find the type of the linked issue while commit from the bit bucket.

Unfortunately, that’s not possible to achieve out of the box. However, you can configure your own hook to implement this kind of restriction when performing the commit.
