You can try out Jirassimo notifications for JIRA plugin (JIRA Cloud) to set up a messenger/email to get custom emails/notifications. You can totally control the body of the email, including custom fields

Hi Ferik,

On JIRA Cloud you cannot edit the velocity templates used by the emails so this is not possible.
