how do I query for all risks in jira

We are trying to manage our risk log in Jira, but I'm not sure the best way to do so.

we need more info about how risks are managed within your JIRA (specific issue type, issues with specific field, specific project).

2 ways: 

option 1) use an risk app from the market place

option 2) add extra fields to jira: risk - mitigation action - due date - etc. and create a separate filter, list and item to your dashboard to capture is.
