how story points give to task

i have  an Module like user access management creation via developer. it take 60 hours to complete how can i added story points for this

I'm sorry, but this does not make a lot of sense.

I think you are asking how to show an estimate of 60 hours in story points.  There are two broad answers I might give based on a guess at what you are asking:

1.  Put the story point field on the issues you are raising to cover this work
2. That is not what story points are for, and you should be using "original estimate" instead.
