I'm working on creating jira stories using JIRA rest APIs.  I want to include IT team for every story i create using JIRA rest api. Can you please assist?

If not, why not approach this from the other direction, and look at an example issue with a team to determine the attributes used to set the team.  Please look here for more information on how to find existing attributes:
