Go to settings -> Custom fields, search for 'Story Points', click on context and then click on 'Create edit or delete contexts'. In the page which appears, click on 'Edit context', scroll down and ensure that 'Bug' is also highlighted along with 'Story' and then choose the applicable context (whether you want this in Bug issue type in all projects to have Story Points on Bug issue types only for specific projects).
Once you're done with this, navigate to your project, create a Bug and in the top right hand corner of the create issue window, click on 'Configure fields' and ensure Story Points is ticked.
