how to assign permission to team lead to view all the issues raised in that project

currently they can see only the issues raised by them, not by the team.

To me it sounds like there is an issue security scheme set to only allow users to see issue created by them, which would be Reporter in the scheme. If that is the case then all user could only see issues they created.

if the projectlead or teamlead needs to see all issues of a project, they need to receive the Browse Projects permission.

Try to assigne this permission to a role, so that people who are part of this, can be managed by project leads directly 😊
