I have a requirement where one of my team want to implement this scenario.

Auto transition story (Parent) between two statuses (Open to In-progress) if there is a subtask get create or linked?

We can't use automation rule.

I got the answer we have to setup two PostFunctions, first one is precondition as we setup in our AR then another PF with linked transition..

Hi @Prakhar Shukla , you mention that you can't use Automation rule. Why is that? To meet your requirement you will need some for of automation or scripting solution/add-on app.

We are on 8.2 datacentre version where automation is not available for software projects.

we have JSU and script runner.
