how to automatically workflow to associate for all new JIRA projects

I have created one workflow as per company policy and need to automatically associate with all new JIRA Projects so no manual hassle should be there.

In order to the same Issue type, Permissions Scheme and Workflow scheme, you should create new project with Shared Configuration.

when you create new projects you can select to use another project as the template. give it a try and see if it give you what you want.
