Hi,

There is a set of measures created in your eazyBI account out of box when you import data from Jira (for example "Average resolution days") that you could use to calculate the resolution days either on the issue or on the project level.

Please read more on eazyBI documentation page

https://docs.eazybi.com/display/EAZYBIJIRA/Data+model#Datamodel-Calculatedmeasures

You could also explore some of the public eazyBI report examples here:

https://eazybi.com/accounts/1000/dashboards/4553-jira-issues-dashboard

@Ramaiah Thanks for the heads up.

Best regards,

You can calculate the Workdays by using the eazyBI add-on, please check with eazyBI support <support@eazybi.com> on time in hours calculation, might be they can help.
