So I just added subtasks to my project as an issue type, after adding it and changing some issue that were task to subtasks I got an error on the request type, and now I can't change what information is shown on the right tab next to the issue with all the information:
when I click on the configuration gear at the end of that tab in take to edit the request type information that has an error (Abertura Interna (Jira)), is there a way to change what fields are shown without a request type on a service project in jira? because I wasn't able to add a request type to my subtasks
You can utilize a screen to display certain fields on your subtype, but you will not be able to control and order them like you would for a request type. If you require this level of control, you might decide to use tasks instead and use request types for them.

Unfortunately, it's not possible to set a request type for the issue type of subtask. You can vote on this suggestion here https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-1422 .

I can't change the request type, but is there a way to change the default layout of the fields that are shown under the information tab?
