how to change "Lead"

The lead engineer for our Project is not working with us. I am having admin rights. How to change to another lead. I am able to see this under Project-><Current Project Name>

As a project or system admin, click "edit" on the project summary/admin screen. You'll be able to change the lead as well as other stuff
