how to change server (instance) of issue links?

I have 2 Jira instances: instance A with project PA and instance B with project PB. Issues PA-nnn are linked with issues PB-nnn. Now I would transfer project PB from instance B to instance A (project import from XML backup file) and the issue links in PA still points to PB in instance B. When I'll drop PB in instance B, all the links will be broken. How to change as administrator all the issue links server name to instance A?
