hello,
i'd like to connect our Jira cloud with a teamscale instance so that teamscale is able to write findings directly in our jira tickets. but i got lost in the documentation.
1) should i use a normal user account with a person behind or can i use a jira Service account?
2) if using a service account - should i use oauth or api tokens?
3) i tried to create an access token but did not now which scopes i need for posting to a ticket or browsing Projects. the documentation states that it is possible to use an unscoped token but the assistant didn't show me an option to do this.
any help is apriciated.
Thank you very much,
Georg

Thanks for the clarification. Please use a normal Atlassian account and create an API token from this account for this integration. From this document its not clear whether it will support service account. Thanks!
