how to create issue and assign via email

When creating a new issue via email are there a set of keywords based on fields I can populate?  For example, if I send an email with an attachment and text in the body, what do I need to do so that it is assigned to a particular person instead of just sitting in my project unassigned?

Email This Issue addon can initialize issue fields (including Assignee) based on email content, sender or recipient.

Hi Tim,

When setting the Mail Handlers, there is a check box (CC Assignee) f it is selected the cc user will be the assignee
