Asset Modification

1. Asset Modification should be possible till the Asset is in "Created" Status

Only following attributes should be editable
1. Asset Description
2. Asset Type
3. Asset Platform
4. Asset Automation Tool
5. Asset Synopsis
6. Asset Automation type

After Clicking Submit Button Asset-Upload-Date will be modified with Current Date and Time
