how to deal with partially(90%) completed story at the end of the sprint.

Should we carry forward or should we close the story and create another story with the pending task(10%).

If we carryforward, what about the credit 90% completed in the sprint?

In Scrum, there is no partial completion, you either delivered or you did not.  If a story is not completed, then it rolls over into the next sprint (assuming the team agrees it is still high on the to-do list)

The "credit" is irrelevant, you only get credited when you complete an item.
