how to delete azure devops connection

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
I accidentally deleted the service connection from azure devops, which should be created automatically when you add your organization from jira.
and now I tried to remove from jira side, then has this error
Invalid request: The payload does not match the hash provided.
anyone has this issue before?
if I try to delete from jira
if I try to add again
this is really weird. anyone help? thanks
