how to find all of my comments?

I'd like a dashboard of all the JIRA comments I have made and which ones have been responded to. Is this possible?

The ScriptRunner add-on gives the ability to find issues in which you commented, but I don't know of a way to accomplish your second goal, especially since comments are all independent; there is no connection between 2 comments indicating that one is in response to the other.
