how to find what is in the latest jira release on cloud

There was an update on our JIRA Cloud instance that has caused multiple problems.

 I want to know if others are having problems and what are the updates and expected changes for this update. Where do I look?

Yes - definitely seeing issues with inconsistent status (active sprint view shows ticket assigned to one developer and detailed view shows a different developer assigned to the same ticket) and errors pop up when attempting to move issues thru the workflow.
