Hi Yudhin - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

I am not sure what you are looking for from your question. First of all, projects don't have "base filters". Boards have filters which are linked to projects. Do you want to know the actual JQL for the filter for a particular board? 

If you go to the board in question and then click on Board Settings under the 3 dot menu on the top right. Once there, click on the General option on the left. You should be able to see the JQL on that page.
