Hello,
this morning i got this message when accessing my website
"Your Atlassian Cloud subscription hasn't been renewed. If you are the site administrator, please check the status of your account on my.atlassian.com."
I went to my account, and i have paid for one more year, now the product is " JIRA Software (Server) 10 Users: Starter License" and "Support Expires" at 2020.
I'm still unable to access my account and im getting the same message, tried to find a number and i couldnt (which is really ridiculous) and i have submitted an email ticket but still waiting for response.
This issue is causing alot of time waste, please advice

They would have got a fix via the support call raised on the url that Bastian gave.
