how to get no. of times an issue was executed?

Our company won't allow plug ins and they don't give DB details. But if we want to know the no. of iteration an issue was executed, how to get those details?

or

how to get no.of times an issue transitioned from one status to another?

Is there any possibility to get the report of all issues execution times in excel or csv etc...?
