how to give a user access to a specific board only

Hi all!!

I have this problem. 

A user wants to have his own board, and want to be access by himself and his boss

all the other boards in the project will have diferent restrictions.

I know that restrictions could be done by filter and editing the share options but this works for roles and groups and this time it has to be to an user and his boss. 

How can I manage it?

Yes both user have different roles, but as I have mention there are other users in the same project.

Boards will follow the same permissions as for your project, you cannot set it up so just a subset of users can see the board. As long as a user can browse the project they will be able to see all the boards associated with the project.
