Hi I am a new atlassian sdk user. Can some one explain me how to integrate LDAP for my JIRA local instance configured from atlassian sdk?

You should be able to just configure it like any other JIRA instance

If you want to keep this configuration between clean->package iterations you will want to backup the home directory using atlas-create-home-zip
