how to limit the custom fields to assignee as he can only see few tickets of his work related?

I have to assign 100 tickets to my 8 colleagues and in all tickets i have 12 fields and i would like them to see only 5 tickets within their respective tickets only. 

could you please guide me how to do this or suggest the steps to follow.

Jira doesn't have field level security, so forget the part about fields.
