I need to know how to make the excel so that I can add it to the platform and load all the problems I need.
When I load the excel file it does not add it correctly.

Basically your csv file should have the necessary columns and map them to Jira fields. Once you perform the first import you will be able to download a configuration file for the mapping to save time when you do this import again.

But if it is done in a normal excel and exported saved as CSV doesn't it work the same way?
