how to make back ground in swim lane ?

when i created project i chose the type software project 

then i did not find the paint bucket tool to make the back ground 

how can i find it ?  or is there plugin can do that ?

Changing background colors is/was a feature in Jira Work Management. It has never existed in Jira Software.

There is currently a lot going on in the Jira UI. Jira Work Management and Jira Software are being merged into a single Jira product, the navigation is being entirely overhauled and even new color schemes and terminology is being introduced. If the background colors for boards are considered an important feature, it might find its way to the new, merged Jira in the near future.
