how to make custom date field follow dependency

Hi,

I have a custom field  called Code complete Target date. I am using a Jira structure, and setting up task dependencies with 'has to be done after'. What do I need to do for Code complete date of one issue to be automatically set to it's dependencies target date + its own effort?
