how to make jira title bold after new reply in ticket

how to make jira title bold after someone puts in new reply in ticket?

when I click on ticket the jira title should no longer be in bold. This would increase productivity instead of clicking on every ticket to see which one has a response to it.

Anyways I can program this into JIRA through some library or support thing

We had on old system that did that, I'm surprised it's not evident in JIRA yet :p

Hello Ayman,

While having Jira bold its issue title text after a customer response is a good idea, there is already  efficient ways to handle within Jira. You do have multiple options available, I will list a few which you can use to filter out issues with customer responses.

You may Configure Filters within Jira to filter based on status of an issue. If you have workflow triggers in place which change the status when a customer responds then you can filter based on the “customer responded” status.

You may Configure Filters to sort based on last updated and see which items have been updated recently. (Jira does have a basic “Updated Recently” filter already built into the product). You can find more on this with Savis your search as a Filter.

There are multiple articles which cover workflows, Jira Query Language (JQL) and best practices, we do suggest reviewing these as they are a great resource.

Search JIRA like a boss with JQL

I hope this provides additional options for you to explore and betters your experience within Jira.
