how to move Link butt from More menu to Seperate button like edit

i have requirement to move Link button which is present under MORE menu to separate button like Edit 

in view screen,

is it possible?

You'll need to change some of the code in JIRA to extract the button from the menu, and more to put it on the screen.  It is mostly done via properties files. 

A slightly easier option might be to leave it in the menu, but write a small add-on that adds the link as a web-fragment in the issue view screen.
