how to "place holders" are supported in “Increase or decrease the value of an object attribute”

I have some accounts about the quantity of goods, and I need to increase or reduce the quantity of my goods through workflow.These quantities are random in each workflow.and cannot be set to default.

Change value:  Specify the change value. Anything except a number will be set to default (1) .

It does not support "place holders" ，like "${customfield_10234} ".
