how to reduce user

Hi team

I got an alert like this :

Your Jira Software license's user limit is exceeded. Users with this license only can't create issues until you have upgraded your license or reduced the number of users.

so I want to reduced the number of users who never logged in

however I can't see any delete options for the Never logged in user.

anyone could help me ? thx

I would suggest you to instead of deletion user you can deactivate the user.
