how to remove default resolution done, when we are moving to done status it automatically changes

when we are move from in progress status to done status, it automatically changes the resolution also as a done. it happen in all the projects. how can i change this automatic done resolution when we are move from inprogress to done status.

That sounds like you have a post-function in your workflow that sets the resolution on, or ticked the box for "set resolution in this column" in the board configuration.

This is actually intended behaviour - the resolution being blank or filled tells most of Jira whether an issue is open or closed (unresolved or resolved).  For reporting and searching, you really should be setting a resolution when an issue is genuinely done with.
