how to remove security level for subtask in Jira? please any one help me on same.

You don't.  The subtasks rightly take the security level of the parent.

Technically, it's a bit of a pain to have different sub-task security levels.  In the real world, humans simply don't grasp it, and you shouldn't do it because it will break for them.  And your administrators would have to understand a morass of rules around it to get it even vaguely right whenever they're doing any form of setup, let alone the clever stuff like automation.

regulary the SL is related with the main task - have you set the field on the subtask screen and rights to edit it in the affected project ?
