You don't. The subtasks rightly take the security level of the parent.
Technically, it's a bit of a pain to have different sub-task security levels. In the real world, humans simply don't grasp it, and you shouldn't do it because it will break for them. And your administrators would have to understand a morass of rules around it to get it even vaguely right whenever they're doing any form of setup, let alone the clever stuff like automation.
