You have to change it to your actual Jira instance address instead of "YOUR_JIRA". The link works.

yes i got it but want to remove this system dashboard  text also bro

From my experience, if you edit the system dashboard you can remove the element but the text remains indeed.

That only appears in case you try to load the /dashboard.jsp page and you're not logged in, though.

Have you thougth about just providing the user with the /login.jsp page so he doesn't land in the page with the "unremovable" text?
