how to reset the issue key number?

HI All

How do I reset the issue key as my test to import tasks are completed. I am using cloud version of it and cannot or dont know to reset through query.

need help to understand and reset  the issue key starting 1?

The only way to reset the keys is to delete the project. The real question should be why do you want to reset the numbering? It it just for the esthetics?

I had to delete all the tasks/projects to get it reset and the only way using cloud jira.

You can't. I haven't tried it, but deleting the project and recreating it may work.
