I have the scheduler plugin but it only shows the scheduled issues that were created by the scheduler wizard.  How do I see all scheduled issues?

Our app The Scheduler in table view (same for Server/DC and Cloud) shows only scheduled issues (templates) created by app.

Depending on hosting type:

  • Cloud: you can see only Scheduled Issues in current project (in the future we will bring global / cross project views)
  • Data Center (+ Server): same as above - project lvl context, plus there is a global section for Jira Administrators

If you want to see Jira issues (with issue key) created by app :

  • Cloud: in Actions column use the 'hamburger' icon -> Execution History - it will show you the last executions with created tasks statuses.
  • Data Center (+ Server): you can do it similarly to Cloud, to check it based on Scheduled Issue, or use broader view with the buttons above the table (for all or only selected SI). In section for Jira Administrators it works as a global view :)

We plan to bring those features to Cloud ^^
