Hi @k-p ,
creator, that is an internal information within JIRA, is user that is creating a ticket so you can edit it at issue creation. Moreover, creator is not a field within JIRA so you can see creator in issue history but not as specific field within JIRA. You could create a new custom field and set it at workflow level during create transition.
Hope this clarifies,
Fabio
If by "creator" you mean the "reporter", then:

Hi @k-p
So I'm going to assume that by 'Creator', you're referring to the 'Reporter' field within Jira (the person that created the ticket).
In order to ensure that this field is on either the 'Create' screen or the 'View' screen of the ticket, you need to ensure that this field is added to the screen(s) that are configured in your project Screen Scheme. Atlassian document for reference: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/manage-screen-schemes/
Hope that provides some insight - Steve.

Hi @k-p,
I don't think you can. But setting the reporter field instead is essentially the same field. Both are set by the system and are usually not necessary to be displayed (especially not on the create screen).
Hope this helps!
