how to take a particular project backup in csv format in jira 4.2 and import to on jira 8.5
Hi,
I think you could do it using export the resuklt search to csv in jira 4.2 and import these issues from this csv file in jira 8.5.
@vishal kutwal You will lose the history data. You will need to move any attachments separately. If the project doesn't exist yet I would create it and import the project key field. I haven't done it, but I think if you move the attachment folder for the project to the new instance the links in the issues will work.
